Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that we cannot exchange or refund earrings due to health concerns and regulations.

In cases of a product being faulty or damaged, you may return it to us in original packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will replace it or issue you a credit.

All returns for merchandise purchased online need be authorised in advance by sending an e-mail request including details of the merchandise to be returned and reason for return to info@davidtasker.co.nz

All returned merchandise are subject to inspection by David Tasker Designer Jewellery prior to exchange and/or credit being made.

For your protection, we recommend you send your return package prepaid and insured. You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by David Tasker Designer Jewellery. Unfortunately, your postage charges on returns are not refundable. However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for postage on the outgoing order.

Items cannot be returned if you have changed your mind.
